MagniSort? Mouse CD4 Positive Selection Kit 設計用于通過陽性選擇實現 CD4+ 細胞的磁性分離。它經過優(yōu)化，可利用生物素化的抗小鼠 CD4 抗體和鏈霉素親和素包被磁珠從小鼠脾臟或者淋巴結中分離 CD4+ 細胞。CD4+ 細胞會與抗體結合，隨后結合至磁珠。將其放入磁力架中，非目標細胞可通過傾析從 CD4+ 細胞中分離出來。

陽性選擇后，可利用抗小鼠 CD4 抗體（克隆號 RM4-5 或 GK1.5）染色來驗證選定細胞的純度。
