MagniSort? Human CD4 Memory T cell Enrichment Kit 設(shè)計(jì)用于通過陰性選擇實(shí)現(xiàn) CD4 記憶 T 細(xì)胞的磁性分離。它已經(jīng)過優(yōu)化，可利用生物素化抗體混合物和鏈霉素親和素包被磁珠從正常人外周血單核細(xì)胞中分離人 CD4 記憶 T 細(xì)胞。非目標(biāo)細(xì)胞會由抗體結(jié)合，隨后結(jié)合至磁珠，若將其放入磁場，溶液中會留下完整的游離 CD4 記憶 T 細(xì)胞。
