MagniSort? 人 CD117 (c-Kit) Positive Selection Kit 設(shè)計用于通過陽性選擇實現(xiàn) CD117+ 細(xì)胞的磁性分離。它經(jīng)過優(yōu)化，可從正常人外周血細(xì)胞中分離 CD117+ 細(xì)胞。CD117+ 細(xì)胞會與抗體結(jié)合，隨后結(jié)合至磁珠。將其放入磁場中，非目標(biāo)細(xì)胞可通過傾析從 CD117+ 細(xì)胞中分離出來。

進(jìn)行陽性選擇后，可利用抗人 CD117 抗體（克隆號 YB5.B8）和抗人 CD34 抗體（克隆號 4H11）染色來驗證所選細(xì)胞的純度。
